The Port Shepstone Lions would like to express our sincere appreciation to all visitors, exhibitors, entertainers and authorities who, at very short notice, supported the 2008 Lions Show which had to be moved to the Douglas Mitchell Sports Grounds in Uvongo. The overwhelming support and encouragement from the South Coast Community is much appreciated! The event was a great success. Congratulations to incoming President Lion Pietie Van Niekerk and his new Board of Directors. The Lions Clubs International Foundation have approved an initial grant of $10 000-00 for flood relief in our region.
